In my current position I’ve taught 4-12th grade instrumental music.  Currently I’m working at the high school level teaching band and music theory.

I began playing trumpet in the 8th grade.  I’m well aware of the challenges a beginning trumpet player faces.  I’ve been teaching instrumental music in the public schools for 15 years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  I have a degree in music education from Messiah College.

Hey there...thanks for checking out my profile.  I truly enjoy watching a student grow and succeed.  If you take lessons with me you can expect my full attention as well as a great sense of humor.  You will learn a lot and enjoy your time doing it as well.  I truly want to see my students succeed in all areas not just music!!  I’ve been teaching in the public schools for 15 years at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  I have a BS in music education, a masters in education, as well as a Doctorate in education.
