Bass Guitar with Steve B.

I have been playing bass for over forty years. Within those forty plus years I have had the honor to play and travel the world with some amazing people as well as great players. I have been a side man most of my career, but I have also written, produced and played in many original projects that have produced some really great music, my latest project is called "The Odd Dogs". I have also been teaching at the Los Angeles College of Music for twenty six years. In that time I have created around Nine books. I was in charge of the Jazz program, so I have written five books of Jazz curriculum and two books for a Rhythm Studies class I created. It dealt with songs in Odd time signatures and focused on more complex rhythms. I taught in the bass department, but I also was in the general music department where I taught 5 levels of Harmony & Theory/Ear Training.
