I’ve always been a person who loves exploring and learning new things. My inquisitive personality has led me to earning an Art degree, Early Childhood Education degree, and studying and working as a cartoon voiceover actor. In 2000 I discovered Pilates and fell in love right from my very first lesson. My enthusiasm for Pilates drove me to want to teach others about this amazing method of exercise, so I decided to pursue a career as a professional Pilates instructor. In 2003 I earned my Comprehensive certification from Power Pilates in New York City, Learning from the best gave me the knowledge and experience in working with a variety of bodies all having their own individual goals and needs. Helping clients develop strength both physically and mentally is what makes teaching for me so fulfilling. I like to encourage people to take a class and experience the classical method created by Joseph Pilates for one reason… IT WORKS!!
