Session 1: An Evaluation of Your Successes and Challenges
Session 2: A Brainstorming Session for Developing Your Personal Fitness Plan
Session 3: Your Personal Plan for Implementation and Follow-up

Then schedule a once-a-month follow-up, where we review what's working and what's not working. Then we tweak the plan, as needed.
