I grew up in Fayetteville, West Virginia. From a very young age, music was ingrained in my soul. With a unique love for both the arts and business, I graduated from High Point University in 2006 with a BA in business and economics; but my love of music won in the end and steered me to LA to pursue a career as a singer/songwriter.  Over the last 13 years, I've recorded two solo albums, opened for acts such as The Zac Brown Band and Sheryl Crow, written jingles for Coca-Cola and Dasani, had original songs featured in various film and TV projects, and co-fronted two pop duos. When I decided to add Vocal Coach to my resume it seemed like a no-brainer. I took my 30 years of singing experience and vocal study, 20 years of performance experience, a love of piano and theory, and my eagerness to learn how to heal the voice and got to work. I have certifications in both the “Sing With Power” Technique and the “Riggs Vocal Technique” created by Kathleen Riggs: daughter of Seth Riggs (creator of Speech Level Singing). My lessons focus on connecting the voice seamlessly from the bottom to the top and expanding the singer’s range to boost confidence and technique in any genre of music. I work with singers of all levels and prides herself on making the experience positive, supportive, and fun.
