Hi! Music is my passion and, apart from my family, is my world! I play guitar, bass and sing. I have been playing since I was 12 years old and been teaching others since I was 15. I have recorded five albums with bands of my own and several albums as a studio musician. I have also played in most of the major cities in Texas where I am from. I currently play at my local church and have a few new projects coming up. I even play weddings. I love many types of music, but enjoy metal and oldies/classic rock the most. My favorite band is Metallica, but I also love the Beatles. I am a self-taught musician and teach like one...with simplicity and fun. My teaching motto is simple...I want to get you playing something you recognize and enjoy quickly! Even though I have picked up some music theory over time, I find nothing beats the satisfaction of learning how to play something you know and love! Whether you want to play an acoustic guitar by the camp fire, play your favorite heavy metal riff, play in church or just play your favorite song, I can lend a helping hand.
