I am a Los Angeles based drummer, producer, composer, arranger, educator, and multi- instrumentalist. I have worked in the music business for over 20 years and have experienced it in many capacities. I’m highly experienced in music performance and have performed with hundreds of artists in every musical style and in every type of venue. I have toured extensively throughout the United States as well as in Europe and the Middle East. I’ve also played on hundreds of recordings with a wide variety of artists and have worked extensively as a session drummer for 17th St. Recording Studios in Costa Mesa, California and Hollywoodstock studios in Long Beach, Ca. Since 2005, I’ve been employed as an instructor at Hollywood's Musician’s Institute, where I’ve taught private lessons as well as a wide variety of classes including Rhythm Section Workshops, Technique, Odd Meter, Reading, Contemporary Drum Concepts, and Live Playing Workshops (Reggae, Country, Modern Rock, Hard Rock, Metal). In 2016, I was credited as Christian Bale’s drum coach for Paramount Pictures’ The Big Short. I taught Batman to play the drums and he taught me how to pull a punch—true story!
