    Savannah has studied classical technique for 10+ years and professionally performs classical and musical theatre repertoire. Through research and her own personal experience, she has found that classical technique provides a foundation to sing all genres of music. She is a nurturing and enthusiastic teacher who customizes each lesson to cater to the student’s needs and goals. Lessons are typically focused around building healthy vocal technique, learning and coaching repertoire for upcoming auditions and/or performances, and learning/reviewing basically music theory skills

    About Savannah M.

    Lyric soprano, Savannah McElhaney, is a passionate crossover artist, who finds joy in performing both classical and musical theater repertoire. She was born and raised in a small town outside of Pittsburgh, PA and currently resides in NYC where she is working towards her Master of Music in Vocal Performance at the Mannes School of Music. She graduated from the Johns Hopkins Peabody Conservatory in May 2020 with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. A couple of her favorite roles she has performed are Pamina in Die Zauberflöte with the New York Lyric Opera and Woman 1 in Songs for a New World with the Summer Institute of the Vocal Arts. She has studied with renowned vocal pedagogues who have provided her with tremendous inspiration which she hopes to pass on to her students.
