Ryan Gregory is an alumnus of the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra. In 2014, Ryan received a scholarship to attend the Miami Summer Music Festival in its inaugural year where he played under the baton of Grzegorz Nowak, Principal Associate Conductor of the Royal Philharmonic. In 2015, Gregory received a fellowship to attend the Round Top Festival Institute, giving a public performance as a finalist in the chamber music competition. He holds a Bachelor's of Music in Violin Performance from Kennesaw State University where he studied with Helen Kim and was a three-time finalist in the Concerto Competition. He received chamber coachings from Atlanta Symphony members Justin Bruns, Kenn Wagner, and Cathy Lynn. He has performed in masterclasses by Roberto Spano, David Coucheron, the Vega Quartet, Midori Goto, and Regis Pasquier. He has played in the Georgia Symphony Orchestra, the South Florida Symphony, the Carrol Symphony, and was Concertmaster for the Atlanta Philharmonic Orchestra.
