Education 2010-2014 - University of Tulsa, Tulsa, OK Bachelor of Arts in Music, with an emphasis in Jazz and Percussion Minor in Film Scoring 2009-2010 - Educational Center for the Arts, New Haven, CT Experience Over the past four years while pursuing a degree in Music, played in over twenty-five music festivals and venues including the Blue Dome Arts Festival, Tulsa Race Riots Memorial Concert Series, Hop Jam Beer Festival, The Indigo Experience, The Sound Pony, Backwoods Bash Music & Camping Festival (Headliner), Rock’n Rib Crib Festival, Oklahoma Jazz Hall of Fame, and the Back Alley Blues & BBQ. Worked with various noteworthy musicians including Byron Stripling (Trumpet/ Director of Columbus Jazz Orchestra), Lon De Ada (Guitarrista de Flamenco/ Studio Musician), Walter White (Trumpet/ Mingus Band, Woody Herman, Detroit Symphony Orchestra), Pat Kelly (LA Studio Guitarist/ Performed w/ George Benson, Dave Brubeck), and Bobby Watson (Tenor Sax/ Director of Art Blakey’s Jazz Messengers Band) Composed, arranged, and recorded with the Tulsa University orchestra under guest artist David Friedman (Conducted/ Arranged Vocals for Disney’s Beauty & the Beast, Aladdin, Pocahontas, Hunchback of Notre Dame); Directed and post-produced editing and ADR/Music mastering of a public service announcement for the Tulsa Police Department (“TPD Just Like Me”); Scored, mixed, and mastered student films including “The Highway”. Recorded “Bonus Land” CD at Blue House Media/ Emanon Records w/ funk-rock group Tito’s Wild Ride. CD available on iTunes and Spotify Radio.
