I have taken private piano lessons for 12 years, starting at the age 5. I have performed in several piano recitals.  I have studied piano and music in college for two years and performed in college recitals.

My major interest is teaching young beginning students to prepare them for advanced study and performance.  Piano is a lot of hard work and can be fun and very rewarding.  Remember, somewhere out there is someone that will enjoy your playing.

I am Richard Loren Young.  I took private piano lessons for many years.  I took college classes in piano.  I have performed in recitals.
