I started doing yoga in September 2014 and quickly was introduced to Kundalini yoga where I found something unlike anything before. After having a daily at home yoga practice for 4 and a half years, I decided to get my 200 hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in April 2019, I acquired the certificate in Rishikesh India at Samadhi Yoga Ashram.

I believe yoga is more than the physical, it's a lifestyle and avenue to elevate our consciousness and recover our true selves. That is my main point in doing and teaching yoga. Anyone interested in the same, I invite you to reach out to me.
