As a child I spent a lot of time in the kitchen appreciating the aromas coming from the pots as well as being a food taster. My passion for cooking started back in college being a broke student and tired of eating ramen noodles. Growing up in a household whose mother and grandmother cook regularly allowed me to feel comfortable in the kitchen once I began cooking. After college I considered starting my own food truck business but decided to take a job in a restaurant cooking breakfast food. 5 years later I am now currently in the process of starting my own food truck business. My favorite type of food to cook is Asian food for the simple fact that most ingredients that includes spices stem from the Asian culture. Good meals are made with pride and love.
