Songwriting with Rebecca M.

Welcome! My name is Becca M. and I am an experienced songwriter, guitarist, and performer looking to share my knowledge and love of music with others. I am available for in-home, in-studio, and online lessons. I've been teaching private lessons since 2009 and graduated this May 2017 with a Bachelors of Music degree from the highly selective Popular Music Performance program at the University of Southern California. I'm a patient, supportive, and enthusiastic person and am excited to work with students to help them find their own unique musical voice. I have worked with Larry Gold (Justin Timberlake, Mark Ronson), Rick Friedrich (The Roots, Rihanna), Sean Holt (John Legend, Bruno Mars), and many more music industry professionals. I have experience with music of a multitude of genres including folk, rock, blues, funk, R&B, Motown, and more. Lessons with me will be built around your own unique personal goals and are scheduled to best fit to the student’s schedule when possible.
