I'm a certified yoga teacher who can help you attain a healthy, strong and flexible body, a harmony between body and mind, increased mental clarity, focus and calmness.
My dad introduced me to Yoga when I was 8 years old. My dad is a very spiritual man and an experienced practitioner in meditation. Meditation, pranayama, vegetarian diet and Bhagawad Gita were part of my lifestyle growing up. I have been practicing yoga most of my life. I started teaching yoga in April 2016. I'm currently teaching yoga classes in parks, churches and offering private and group sessions in many locations in New Jersey and New York.
Yoga is an ocean of spiritual wealth and knowledge and there are no experts. Everyone is at a different stage of learning and I'd like share my knowledge and experience with you in this journey.
