I am a Boxing Trainer who has worked with both pro and amateur fighters and have been involved in boxing for 28 years. I worked with Angelo Dundees Chief Trainer, Luis Lagerman, as his second for over 13 years and was head boxing coach of the Pembroke Pines Police Athletic League. I have trained both pro and amateur boxers, kickboxers, grapplers, muay thai, brazilian jiu jitsu and MMA competitors in striking. I utilize a true layering system designed to effectively incorporate every facet of striking with the hands. This layering system enables you to evenly and equally absorb all the technical aspects in the art of hand striking without overwhelming you. I ensure that each layer is thoroughly understood and mastered before moving forward. There are no short cuts or skipping layers. We move forward in conjunction with your ability to learn and incorporate what you learned. There is no rushing and no sloppy work.
