Levels Taught:
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced
I have been a practitioner of parkour for over 6 years, and after a couple years of training I began teaching parkour to others throughout various gyms, summer camps, and school programs. Parkour is about moving efficiently through movements like vaulting, climbing, and jumping. I also teach the creative side of parkour, where the focus is on expression of yourself through movement. There one will see more flashy tricks and movements where the goal isn't to be fast and efficient. Parkour may and most likely will change the way you think about your environment. If you are looking to learn these amazing skills, challenge yourself, try a new kind of workout, or just to simply have fun, then trying parkour is right for you!

Teaching since:

I began doing parkour in late 2011/ early 2012. From the beginning, I've always been passionate about teaching parkour to others because I wanted people to feel the excitement and joy of learning parkour as I did. Currently I am a college student at McDaniel College double majoring in Economics and Philosophy. Though these aren't exactly parkour related, school has not kept me from keeping up and skills and teaching when I can. Within the past year, I have coached at Excellence Gym Sports, Camp Woodward, and Garrison Forest School. Parkour is for anyone trying to challenge their own limits. This means that parkour is for any age, gender, or athletic ability. Some people may have advantages over others when first learning, but parkour is not about that. The focus is on seeing progression in yourself, and not how you compare to others. So whether you're in it for the skills, the workout, or the fun of learning something new, I want to see you learn parkour and understand why this is something I am so passionate about.
