girlsrockpittsburgh.org Girls Rock! Is an organization which promotes female youth empowerment through creative expression – i.e. Rock & Roll. We utilize the process of music making to instill tools for amplifying self-confidence, independent thinking, mutual respect and cooperation, while cultivating a supportive and inclusive community of peers, mentors, and role models.

Sangria Trio

Co-founder and member. The Sangria String Trio is a group of three classically trained musicians hired for private and public events. They are a self-promoted group, which coordinates all aspects of business, curates/arranges repertoire, and regularly rehearses together.

Sol Persona

Sol Persona is a popular music band located in Pittsburgh, PA. Comprised of a group of trained multi-instrumentalists they write their own original music blending a mixture of impressive vocal pedagogy, alternative instrumentation, a range of music styles, and technology.

The Ruckus Bros.

The Ruckus Bros. is a performance group consisting of a wide variety of musicians and artists. Together they create projects that implement a diversity of artistic mediums and perform at various Pittsburgh venues including James Street Gastropub & Speakeasy and Mr. Smalls.

These Lions is an alternative/indie rock band located in Pittsburgh, PA. They have played their original music at venues such as the Rex Theater, Altar Bar, Mr. Thunderbird Café, Howlers Coyote Café, The Hardrock Café, Pittsburgh Winery, Mr. Smalls, Lava Lounge, and Club Café and have been featured at events such as Pittsburgh’s Three Rivers Arts Festival, WTAE’s Project Bundle Up: ‘Come Together’ Benefit, and Glitzburgh: a Black and Gold Affair.
