I'm a professional chef and a pastry chef. Graduated with two diplomas (Chef de Cuisine and Chef Patissier) from Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2014, I spent next three years working in Parisian and New York high-end restaurants and pastry shops, such as Thoumieux (2 Michelin stars, Paris), Vaucluse and Mah-ze-Dahr (New York). I also ran a custom cake business in New York for a year and can teach you how to make 3 tier wedding cake from A to Z. I'm an adherent of seasonal and healthy cooking so I would love to teach you how to cook not only delicious and good-looking dishes but also ones that make your body feel good and not guilty. Even if this recipe you would love to cook so much is calling for unhealthy ingredients- I'll show you tips and tricks how to swap for wholesome ones.
