Music Theory with Nikki L.

Music has always been my passion. I'm from a family of musicians and it came naturally to me. While my friends were reading books, I was reading music and I've never stopped. My first instrument is the piano. I began official lessons at 7, though I'd been tinkering with the keys since I could walk and my parents thought I had potential. Turned out that they were right. I'm a classically trained pianist who enjoys teaching and sharing my gift. My students have received international recognition along with state and local certificates. As a teacher, I focus on developing my students musically so they appreciate all forms and genres of music. Students learn to play pieces from Baroque to Adele and my theory classes are engaging and fun. My approach to lessons is based on students desires and level and no two lessons are the same. I look forward to our music journey.
