Hello, I'm Nicole and I am currently looking to expand my teaching studio! Located in Boston, I teach middle school music at Boston College High School and received my MM from The Boston Conservatory.

I graduated from Montclair State University with degrees in Music Education and Music Composition and a concentration in clarinet. I hold a New Jersey Education Certification in Music K-12 with Advanced Standing and am employed by the Toms River Regional School district as a licensed substitute teacher. I have accrued over 250 hours of professional teaching at Belleville High School, Bloomfield Middle School, Demarest Elementary School, and Brookdale Elementary School.
I am primarily a woodwind doubler with proficiency on clarinet, saxophone, bassoon and flute. I teach beginning oboe, beginning to intermediate voice and piano, and all levels of theory and composition. I have worked as an assistant music director and have experience with musical theatre training.

OUTSTANDING! I find Nicole to be a total professional in all aspects of her teaching. Everything including my initial conversation with her before my first sax lesson, having a productive lesson plan prepared in advance, a genuine polite welcome to her immaculate and impressive music studio and her unquestionable passion to teach with commitment and patience. I have tried several teachers before, but pretty much ended up fending for myself. Nicole has certainly used her knowledge and experience (and patience) to convince me that I will reach my goal to become an accomplished saxophone player if I am willing to put in the time and practice. I am convinced that Nicole is one of the best teachers that I will ever study under. I would gladly refer her to any family member, friend or coworker. Nicole is a "class act" to say the least and definitely deserves top rating!!!
