Hello potential student, My name is neis but that's hard for some people so you can call me Nini. I've been professionally baking for five years. I know for some baking is hard, but together we can make it a bit easier. I'm very friendly and easy going. If you have questions I'll be there to answer them for you. Each person has a different goal in mind whether it be to learn a new recipe or really get down to the core of baking. My lessons will cater to what you really want out of baking.
