I am passionate & friendly  with skills & experience in cooking & catering Ethiopian cuisine.  I like to teach students who are interested in learning Ethiopian Vegetarian and Meat Dishes to improve their health while saving money. I can also teach how to roast and prepare fresh coffee while giving ample tips for healthy cooking and life style. 
The Healthy Cooking of Ethiopian Cuisine is unique because it provides students tools in preparing food that are healthy, affordable, and unique while introducing enriched culture.

I was born raised in Ethiopia where I learned how to cook Ethiopian cuisine. After coming to US several years ago, I started a catering business, The Ethiopian Coffee Ceremony Company in 2014.
I serve Vegetarian and Meat dishes as well as catering coffee ceremony for various events. 
Within the many events I hosted, I taught clients how to prepare healthy dishes while saving money. 
My goal is to introduce many people to this unique, healthy & budget friendly way of learning & relearning experience.
