My love affair with Pilates first began in 2009 with a free private session and I've been a devoted student ever since. I have found that it has improved my strength training workouts, alleviated my lower back pain, and has even helped me stay strong and pain free throughout my pregnancy - all through mindful movements. Through my personal practice, my love of Pilates grew and sparked a curiosity about how the body works. Hungry for more knowledge, I decided to become a trainer to deepen my understanding and help others realize how revolutionary the method is. I completed my 550-hour Comprehensive Pilates Teacher Training in 2016 through Pilates Artistry and also became a PMA® Certified Pilates Teacher that same year. I approach my work with clients understanding that each body is unique and has different needs. My goal is to help you move through your life with strength, ease, and joy, and to truly appreciate your body for what it can accomplish. When I'm not in the studio, I enjoy exploring Chicago's hidden gems with my family and expanding my Pilates knowledge through continuing education.
