I'm 27 years young, Fitness enthusiast, aspiring Personal Trainer, always willing to help others succeed in their everyday lives, and want to help others reach their fitness goals. I have a degree in Criminal Justice, CPR and AED Certified, Certification in ISSA (International Sports Science Association), Working on NASM certification right now I have been active in Fitness throughout my life being involved in Sports such as Basketball, Soccer, Baseball, Cross Country, and Track. My goal is to get others to teach their potential or their goal they want to achieve to the best of their abilities. I have a passion for fitness and helping people in general. I have learned alot throughout practicing and information from others more experienceed in this field. I want to use those skills and help individuals with them.
