Volleyball with Monique C.

My name is Monique and I graduated from Sabine High School in 2012. I have played a year of Club volleyball and have taken 3 volleyball camps with head volleyball coaches from ETBU and Panola college. I was ranked #1 best defensive player and most digs in 2010-2012 and have exceeded over 1100 digs from 2011-2012. I have also taught private lessons and taught teams as a whole from 2012-2014 and have coached some players that have tried out and made college teams such as SFA. I make sure that my main focus is to coach how to be disciplined in a stressful situation and strategically coach basic movements that college recruits look for in prospect players. As well as coaching you how to be a phenomenal player, I also focus and stress on nutrition and fitness to prevent injuries and to be an overall healthy player.
