I have loved music almost all my life. I began my lifelong journey to immerse myself in learning piano at age seven. At thirteen, I added violin lessons as well. By the time I reached high school, I knew that music would be my major in college, and that music would always be a vital part of my life. I played violin with my high school orchestra, including taking part in productions of Fiddler on the Roof and Anything Goes. I also played piano with the orchestra, and performed the first movement of Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A minor in concert. I played the piano for my school’s top show choir as well, performing with the group throughout the Denver area. I was also a member of the Colorado All-State Orchestra. All this time, I continued my private lessons in both piano and violin. While still in high school, I auditioned for, and got, the title role in the Country Dinner Playhouse’s production of Fiddler on the Roof. After high school, I chose the University of Denver’s Lamont School of Music to continue my music education. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor of Music degree in piano. I was invited to join the academic honor society, Phi Beta Kappa, as well as the music honor society, Pi Kappa Lambda. I have also completed my Master of Music in piano at Lamont School of Music. While in college, I accompanied many vocal and instrumental students, and discovered the joy of chamber and collaborative music. I formed partnerships and friendships with many other musicians, including professional musicians in several countries. I have also worked as a pianist for several area churches and spent one holiday season as a pianist at Nordstrom. I believe that music should be an integral part of a well-rounded education. I hope that my passion for music will enable me to help others find the same joy and appreciation. *** Lesson Details *** I believe that every student learns differently and that those differences should be embraced. For that reason, I do not advocate a specific method or curriculum. I will work with each student individually to determine what method of learning will work best for them. Together we will decide what our curriculum should be so that we can incorporate not only learning, but fun into lessons. *** Studio Equipment *** Computer desk, piano, dedicated music room, space for parents to wait *** Travel Equipment *** I would expect students to provide their own instruments. *** Specialties *** Classical music

Ms. Molly was patient and helped my son get interested and want to learn Piano. She was awesome to work with.
Molly was very patient and extremely motivating. I am confident I will learn a lot from her.
My daughter loves learning from Molly! Molly is patient and kind and very talented, and Lauren has had more fun playing piano after learning with Molly than ever before (and she's been playing for a while)! We normally take lessons in-person, but due to the COVID-19 outbreak, she's been taking them online. Molly has handled this so well and we really appreciate her work through this crazy time! HIGHLY recommend!
