    About Mlada K.

    Known for her work with Valery Gergiev, Mlada was born and raised in Moscow and now lives permanently in the US. Mlada has appeared at the Metropolitan Opera, Carnegie Hall and the BBC Proms. She appeared as Lisa "Pique Dame" at the Royal Opera House Covent Garden, Abigaille at Oper Stuttgart, at Polish National Opera, and Royal Danish Opera. She appeared as Sieglinde with Bryn Terfel under the baton of Valery Gergiev at the Wales Millennium. Her performances in the title role Turandot that opened Bregenz Festival during the summer of 2015 and 2016. She sang the title role Norma at Florida Grand Opera in January 2016. Future contracts include Abigaille Nabucco with Oper Leipzig and the title role in Turandot with Oper Köln. Mlada has taught private voice for the past decade, including masterclasses at Graz University (Austria), Pepperdine University and in Minnetonka.
