Hi, there! My name is Mick and I can't wait to meet you! I've been teaching private lessons since 2009 and am a former School of Rock Performance Instructor. I have greatly enjoyed assisting my students in building confidence on their instrument, find their own musical voice, and develop an understanding of music theory that is practical. Primarily self taught, I've also taken private Jazz guitar lessons for some time. I am a self motivated and DIY kind of musician. My teaching style is unique in that it's tailored to expand a students knowledge of music through their own curiosities. I focus on building up your musical independence, allowing you to be more creative and enjoy playing music more. I look forward to helping you reach your goals!
