I enjoy teaching health and fitness to help individuals grow mentally and physically. With my years of collected experience and certifications I can bring a unique program for clients to choose from; strength training, speed and agility, circuit training, yoga, martial arts, sports specific, rock climbing, movie stunts, paddle boarding, and much more. My goal is to make it fun, and exciting, along with the work.
My personal philosophy about teaching is to educate and empower clients to naturally evolve to and move forward on their own, knowing proper movement and technique in whatever exercise they perform. Learn from me how a 5000 year old movement has been adapted in the 21st century, and how to improve in your sport, activity, or life in general.
