Piano with Mi Young C.

I started playing piano since I was 7 years old and majored in Piano Performance. I received bachelor of music degree from Yonsei University in Seoul, South Korea and master of music degree from the Catholic University of America in Washington D.C. Studied with Dr. Thomas Mastroianni and Dr. Bela Nagy at the Catholic University of America where I completed my master's degree in Piano Performance for 1988-1991. Since 1994, I ran a music studio at the Oren Music in Annandale, VA and had 2 teachers working for me facilitating about 40-70 students for a few years. My training is strictly on classical music. I teach beginners, intermediate and advanced level students of all ages. I love working especially with adult learners, and strive to focus on quality instructional experience, and avoid taking too many students. As for the lesson time I can work around student's need in addition to what is specified on the website. Look forward to meeting you and sharing music learning experience!
