If you’re looking to increase your technical skills on guitar, I’m your guy! I began studying music in 2006 and earned my degree in Music from University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. I also Minored in Digital Media, focusing on classes in digital audio. I have studied under 7-time Grammy nominated Music Educator and Progressive Rock Hall of Fame inductee Alex Campbell and Alek Darson. Alek graduated from Berklee and has recorded with Jordan Rudess of Dream Theater. Additionally, Matt performed on bass with Cincinnati-based "The Grove" through 2017. My approach focuses on two things. First, simplifying the array of complex motions required to play guitar into concepts that are easy to remember and easy to execute. Second, I emphasizes properly structuring practice so that you can quickly build your skills. If you like stuff like Dream Theater and Symphony X... This is your dojo.
