Born and raised in Ocean County New Jersey. Matt started playing Guitar at 11 and kept going from there. In 2003 Matt was featured on MTV's Made (and has since been hired back as a consultant). He started giving private lessons in 2004 until 2008 when a constant touring schedule kept Matt from being able to be in one place long enough to continue with private lessons. But now he's off the road and able to give 16 years of playing and 10 years of performance experience to you no matter what your age or experience with music. *** Lesson Details *** I'm pretty laid back. I have a custom method that has seemed to work with most people of any age. Progress can vary based on age how ever, for example what ages 13 and older can accomplish in a month is much faster than say a 7 year old. But with that said with in 2 months typically students are able to play through at least 2 songs and at least 5 scales. *** Studio Equipment *** Amps and Drums are provided *** Specialties *** I specialize in rock, pop, and country music.
