Competitive legacy home cook on "Your Favorite Chef" produced by the James Beard Foundation featuring Carla Hall, I was able to move ahead of chefs and caterers to be 5th in my group nationally. Additionally, I finished 7th in my group for Buddy Valastro's 'Greatest Baker" competition. I provided step-by-step processes that I learned growing up in my grandmother's and mother's kitchens. It's those techniques that will elevate legacy cooking and baking. I bring those easy-to-follow techniques to beginners or anyone wanting to expand their culinary journey. From garden to fridge, my methods are practical and simple. So, let's get cooking!

I'm an award-winning actor with a degree from the University of Oklahoma and competed in "Your Favorite Chef" produced by the James Beard Foundation featuring Carla Hall. With a creative spirit, I'm a triple threat who can act, sing, and dance. I've performed in plays and musical roles that include Morales in Chorus Line, Anita in West Side Story, Charmagne in Ain't Misbehavin, Ruth in "A Raisin in the Sun", and Lane in "The Clean House". Among my online credits is “Running For My Life” 23 women in Congress recall the Capitol riot in their own words By Mariel Padilla and portrayed Rep. Frederica Wilson D-FL in the 2021 - 2022 Zoom performances. Additionally, I am 5th runner-up in my group for Your Favorite Chef produced by the James Beard Foundation. I am ready to bring my easy-to-learn legacy cooking techniques to those who want to enhance their culinary journeys.
