With 20+ years in the professional ballet industry as a Principal Dancer(touring performing and living around the world - within all different cultures), and 10+ years of teaching I know exactly how important it is to take care of our bodies, and many special exercises and tips that have been passed down to me by my coaches. I have a considerable experience in yoga, pilates, and cross training and I am able to meet you where you are at and bring you up to the next level. I am passionate about sharing my wealth of knowledge and experience from life as an international ballerina in order to inspire others through the beauty of the Arts. Drawing on a lifetime of experience, my approach marries classical ballet-based movements, stretching, and breathing techniques, which all give you the keys to unlock your true potential in and out of the classroom. Throughout the class you will learn tips and techniques to train like a professional all while, lengthening, toning, and stretching the body as well as personal insight and stories from my life as an international ballerina.
