I am a professional violin and fiddle instructor offering online lessons for kids and adults including adult beginners. I have performed in orchestras, chamber music groups, wedding music ensembles, bluegrass bands, and country bands. I have played violin since 1988 and taught since 2003. I hold a Bachelor of Music (violin performance) from San Francisco State University and an A.A. in Comprehensive Musicianship (music theory and performance) from De Anza College. I offer weekly lessons, or lessons on a schedule as you go basis only, not biweekly or other schedules. I offer online violin and fiddle lessons only. At this time I do not offer studio or in person lessons. Please message me before booking lessons with me. Cancellation and reschedule policy: I have 24 hour cancellation policy (24 hours notice required to cancel without being charged for the lesson). I will always attempt to reschedule lessons, but may not always be able to, especially with requested reschedules within 24 hours of the original lesson time, rescheduled lessons must not be canceled and must be paid for whether you attend the lesson or not, and the same lesson cannot be rescheduled more than once. Other schedule policies/schedule as you go FAQ: I only offer weekly lessons, or lessons on a schedule as you go basis, not biweekly lessons or other schedules. If you don't want a lesson at a fixed time, or a lesson every week, schedule as you go may work for you. The way schedule as you go works, is students set up each lesson separately, for the time and date of their choice, seven days or less before the day of the lesson. Schedule as you go lessons, or single lessons can't be set up earlier than seven days in advance of the planned lesson date. Schedule as you go lessons do not have a recurring or reserved time. I only offer weekly lessons at a recurring or reserved time. If you must cancel more than two lessons recurring schedule lessons in a row, we will need to cancel your recurring schedule time if you have one, and pick a new time when you are able to attend weekly lessons again.
