I am a very accomplished musician, with my focus being on the guitar. I took Advanced Placement Music Theory in High School, as well as multiple years of classical piano. I am fluent in Music Theory knowledge and how to inject it into guitar/bass/piano playing. I have done a lot of studio recordings for multiple bands and studios, and have taught at large music stores and privately. I am very well educated in teaching all ages how to play the bass guitar, electric or acoustic guitar, piano, and even some drums. I have a very high retention rate and I individualize all of my lessons 100% to the student to make sure that they learn everything necessary while making sure they're having a great time and learning what they want to learn. I've taught metal players metal and country players country. My lessons are extremely fun and most people after each lesson say "wow I've learned a lot!"
One important thing that I would like to note is that many students have come to me in the past looking to learn specific songs, and I have never failed at teaching them that song. I teach tablature as well as standard notation, whichever is best for the student and will assist in meeting their goals. I have had many students who want to learn specific guitar solos, or even to be able to just solo on their own, and I make sure that you get to where you want to be.
I currently work here as a music instructor, where I teach all styles of music and instruments.
I worked in sales as well as instructing students. At the time, I was helping run the business so I would only take on students that had requested me due to seeing my guitar playing. I still managed to keep about 20 lessons per week without seeking them. From there I realized that teaching music was very much a part of me.
