I've been playing the violin and viola for about ten years now! I go to school at Northern Arizona University for Vocal Performance, and I love studying all things that have to do with classical music. I am really passionate about music theory and I think it's an important thing to study when first starting out as a musician. My students learn more about technique and scales, as well as have fun crafting their new skill!

She is a wonderful instructor. Very helpful and very patient. As someone who has no experience in stringed instruments, she definitely has given me the confidence to keep playing and practicing.

Lydia was very helpful and listened to all me needs and worked hard to meet them and plan a lesson plan which will be helpful to me.
