Are you ready to start performing? Or perhaps you'd just like to play your instrument for your own enjoyment? Either way you have come to the right place. Studying with me will be both fun and challenging. I will have you making music immediately and also provide easy steps towards mastering your skills at any level. I specialize in ear training and music theory so you will be reading music and making music from what you hear. I have been teaching and performing for many years. The easiest way to put it is: "Do what I say, and you will have results."
You will have an all around musical education that will be fun to share. Get ready to make some music!
*** Lesson Details ***
My lessons are geared specifically to the student based on age, musical preference, and seriousness of performance level desired.
I emphasize the theory based on the circle of fifths and the relationship of intervals and modes.
I want my student to understand how music is made and why it sounds the way it does.
My students will recognize sounds and modes and chords between different songs even if they are hearing them for the first time.

· Bass Guitar · In home Lonny has a wealth of music knowledge and theory he can contribute during our sessions. This along with the mechanical teaching is going to help me immensely with my goal to finally become a musician.
He is a nice fellow and easy to learn from. I look forward to more lessons with Lonny.
· Piano · In home My son has only had one lesson with Lonny this far, but he really enjoyed his lesson. Lonny was very patient with my son (and the rest of my troop which would filter in and out of the room). Lonny was able to pick up where the last teacher left off and made it interesting for my son.
· Singing · In studio listens to your needs, takes time to teach without straining you cords. will continue later in the the future.
· Drum · In home My son is having a great time learning how to play the drums. His drum intructor is awesome at teaching technique and motivating kids to do their best. I am very happy!
