    About Leigh Anne B.

I am a fun teacher who specializes in building confidence through practice techniques and performance opportunities. I am devoted to making each student leave their lesson with a smile on their face. I have a Bachelor of Music from Berry College, and I am very actively involved in the Cobb County Music Teachers Association. Piano lessons are tailored to the individual student. I teach all ages and all skill levels. We participate in Pianothon every Christmas, which is a performance at Town Center Mall raising funds for a local music scholarship. We also do an annual Spring Recital, which may have a special theme (last year was video game music). Piano students will learn theory, history, and a love for their instrument. Voice lessons are any genre the student prefers. I love musical theatre, art songs, lieder, pop music, anime music, jazz, or even rap/hip-hop! Each year high school students have an opportunity to go to a state vocal competition. We prepare for school events or All-State Auditions or any other auditions or performance opportunities that may arise. Vocal students will learn theory, history, and technique applicable to the songs their singing. I also offer field trips! I like to take my students out of the studio and to musicals or shows or even the Renaissance Festival to experience music in real life. Come along for the ride!
