Tai Chi Chuan with Leda E.

Leda has over 30 years of experience teaching, performing and competing in wushu (Chinese Martial Arts, and has been involved in dance/creative movement since she was three. She trained and studied under world renowned Master Bow Sim Mark of the Tai Chi Arts Association and has taught Tai Chi both nationally and internationally. She currently teaches workshops, master classes and group lessons in various locations in and around Boston and the North Shore, and has her own studio, where she offers private training and healing sessions.
