I’m a classical cellist currently pursuing a bachelor’s in music performance and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. I have been playing cello for almost ten years, and I have performed at Davies Symphony Hall in San Francisco and Carnegie Hall, as well all over North Carolina. Having a private teacher is crucial to learning an instrument like the cello, whether you want to make music your career or a hobby. I believe that having proper technique is needed to master difficult pieces, as well as reducing the risk for injury. This is why I’m very passionate about teaching beginner to intermediate players. I also believe that anyone is capable of learning to play an instrument. You don’t have to come from a musical family or be a prodigy, you just need lots of patience and determination If you’re a student in your school’s orchestra, preparing for college auditions, or a beginner looking to improve your skills, I’m the teacher for you!
