I am a self taught cook. I've been cooking since i was about 10 years old and it's always been a passion of mine. my mother and I are have started a catering business a little over a year ago which means i have experience with cooking for large groups of people at one time, i also taught a few of my friends how to cook simple easy meals. my specialty is SOUL FOODS but i can pretty much cook ANY AND EVERYTHING. I've been a daycare teacher for a little over 12 years, if i can teach children i can teach ANYONE!! i provide a fun, and relaxing learning environment in order for my students to be comfortable and confident in their work. my personal passion for cooking is through the roof YOU DONT HAVE TO BE A CHEF TO KNOW HOW TO COOK!!
