Teaching Yoga has been a passion of mine for over 10 years. I am passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies and receive the gifts that yoga has brought and continues to bring into my life. My heart's truest desire is to provide a safe space for you to learn about yoga and how you can use this practice to feel grounded and joyous in your body in a fun and practical way. It is my intention that you leave this class feeling rejuvenated and elevated with many simple tools that you can use on a daily basis as a loving nurturing practice of self care.
