Experience
Associate Talent Manager
Aug, 2014 - PresentLST Management NYC
My experience working as an Associate Manager for youth & young adult talent alongside top agencies and casting offices, combined with my professional performance background, gives me a unique ability to target audition technique issues. I am able to iron them out to ensure the highest possibility of success in the audition room. I have sat through and prepared performers on countless auditions. I know what works and what doesn't. Because I was an actor and dancer myself, I am able to speak to young actors in a way that makes sense and helps them to develop the skills to perform audition with confidence. I specialize in kids and young adults for television, theatre and film auditions, as well as Dance and choreography. I also work with college candidates on choosing material for their college auditions and working with them to present the best versions of themselves and their material to the admissions committee! My goal is to work with young actors and make the audition room a room of opportunity, rather than having it be a nerve racking or unsettling experience. Auditioning should be fun! It is YOUR opportunity to shine and apply the tools you've acquired in your preparation. I've been successful in getting many young actors to that shining place (Broadway, Regional Theatre, Alvin Alley Scholarship's, Guest Star Roles and Commercial's)! I know if we work together, we'll get you there too!
