Part of my lesson plan involves me pushing you to do your best wether it be weight training, conditioning, body weight, speed and agility, stretching, bands or breathing exercises.     About Krystalani Y.

    I am a certified personal trainer and ex D1 collegiate softball player. I graduated from Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in criminal law and 3 of 4 championship Rings. Team Captain and numerous play of the year awards. Students can expect to improve week to week in their physical techniques, strengths and weaknesses. Every customer has a unique goal for to their needs and wants. I teach students to release built up tension and apply foundational techniques in order to unlock their own individual missions. I can help any student to accomplish their goals with confidence, while having fun. I teach training lessons with students of all different ages and experience levels. I have been training for 3 years and played baseball/ softball for over 20 years. I can teach students to gain or loose weight or muscles in targeted areas in a reasonable amount of time. Speed and agility, weight training, conditioning, body weight, and breathing are some of the major things I like to include in majority of my lessons For softball, I can teach hitting, outfield/ infield, sliding and diving techniques !
