I play the musical saw and would love to teach others how to master this unique instrument. If you can hum a tune, you can play the saw! I realize this might seem like a joke, however it is not. I know this will be a niche audience, but if you are sitting there thinking, "hey, I've always wanted to know how to make otherworldly sounds emanate from a sharpened blade of metal!" then I'm your gal.

My name is Kristen and I'm a folk musician in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I don't have a background check on my profile because it's $20- and I don't have the extra cash right now. I teach at a high school that has thoroughly vetted me, so please be confident that I am not a criminal- unless being broke is a crime. 

I play the saw. I don't know if many potential students will come my way, but I would love to spread the art of saw playing to anyone who would like to learn a fun new skill. All you need is a saw, a bow and the ability to carry a tune. I'll teach you the rest!
