Hi all!

My name is Kris and I am a certified yoga and Pilates instructor. I currently teach reformer Pilates, but am also able to teach mat Pilates as well as yoga ( or a fun combination of the two).

I focus on providing a whole body workout with a strong emphasis on the core.

I am comfortable teaching all levels, however I do like to push my clients to their limits. ( yes even my beginners) 

I live in an apartment complex that has a yoga studio ( no reformer). So the only options if you came to my location would be a mat class. However, if you have a reformer in your home or gym I am more than happy to come to you.
