As a music teacher for over 30 years, I want to pass on to my students that learning music can be fun. I have taught beginning through advanced piano and voice, beginning guitar, trumpet and French horn. Some of my students have gone on to become music teachers, singers and professional musicians. I formulate my lessons to fit each student's needs. Music theory, ear training, and sight reading will be part of my lesson curriculum.

I am a music teacher with over 30 year's experience. I graduated with a BA in Music (a piano major and voice minor) from the University of Dubuque, Dubuque, IA. I have a Master's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee. I have played keyboards in pop, rock and contemporary Christian bands. I have also played for musical theater and various churches. My school choirs have earned many local, state and national awards. Through the years, I have enjoyed teaching private piano and voice lessons and now that I am semi retired, I have time to add more students. I am looking forward to working with you.
