As a woman, managing perspectives of self vs those of others and society, being able to unapologetically embrace your beauty, your body, your sensuality and sexuality may become like a juggling act or just dropped altogether. But You Matter! All of you-mind, body, spirit. I am a dancer AND I am a Licensed Counselor with years of experience working with teens and young adult women through traumas and emotional and behavioral challenges. I understand how these traumas can affect us into adulthood and how we connect to our own identities and our self esteem. I use Sensual dance and fitness as a way to reconnect and empower positive perspectives of ourselves and even to heal wounds of shame or guilt. I am trained in ballet, contemporary and jazz and have spent my adult years teaching sensual, erotic, fitness forms of dance to women as well as performing in various shows of burlesque among the other genres of dance. My sessions offer you an opportunity to glow and grow through it .... life, depression, fear, self consciousness.... healing .... in a safe space where you explore your sensuality through movement. It could take the first session to break through ... or it could take a few ... either way I am here for you. My sessions are healing for me and I hope to share that energy with you.
